Jan Hagel Cookies

Jan Hagel cookies are a traditional treat eaten in December in The Netherlands during the holiday celebrations.  These thin crisp cookies are sometimes referred to as Dutch Almond cookies. Stored in an airtight container, they will keep well for several weeks.  Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee or tea!
